Returns Policy

All returns/exchanges must be approved by our staff and must be lodged within 14 days of the invoice date.

Goods must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Worn, soiled or damaged garments will not be refunded.

Return postage costs will be at your expense unless items received are faulty or not as ordered.

No returns or exchanges for change of mind on uniforms with personalised embroidery or screenprinting.
